Sudoku Knockout is published by Baran Doğan (“we”). These terms apply when you play it at sudokuknockout.com or in our apps. By playing, you agree to them. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

The game

Sudoku Knockout is provided as it is. It may change, gain or lose features, or be unavailable at times.

Your account

You can play as a guest or save your progress with an email address. Keep access to that email: it’s how you sign in. Guests that aren’t played for 90 days are deleted. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.

Playing fair, and being kind

You agree not to:

• cheat, for example with programs that solve puzzles or play online games for you;
• attack or overload the game or its servers, or try to get around their security;
• use names that are offensive, hateful or pretend to be someone else;
• harass other players, or flood them with requests, invites or challenges.

Your content

Your display name and your feedback stay yours. You let us use them to run the game (for example, showing your name to other players) and to improve it.

Our content

The game, its design, puzzles and sounds belong to us. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time: Me → Your account → Your data. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Liability

We work to keep the game running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
