Easy puzzles start with 38 to 42 digits given, 40 on average. Every one has exactly one solution, and none needs a guess.
Tips
- Start with the digit that’s already on the board most often.
- Look at one box at a time: where can each of its missing digits still go?
- Each digit you place opens the way to the next one, so look around it first.
