What it takes

How often each technique is needed in the game’s Medium puzzles, counted over 300 of them:

Medium puzzles start with 30 to 34 digits given, 31 on average. Every one has exactly one solution, and none needs a guess.

When no digit has a single place left, look for a cell with a single digit left.
Write notes in the busiest boxes first: they have the fewest options.
Turn on Auto-remove notes, and placed digits clear themselves from your notes.
